Does anyone have any memories or photos of the Filibuster pub Snow Hill? I know of one but won't be getting that.
Was it a vision, or a waking dream?

Thank you Phil, my hero, it was the Town Crier. As soon as I saw the name I knew, Thank you.
Hi Carol, I've just discovered my Great Granddad lived opposite the Town Arms (Town Crier) in MacDonald Street. He was a hairdresser at 64 and 65 MacDonald Street

I had a couple of drinks in there , got to know the barman . I used to work around the corner in Charles Henry St , the firm I worked for moved  they were originally sited on Holloway Head. So the barman and I decided to go to The Locarno one Friday night, when we came out we went next door to the curry house bad move for me . My very first and last curry , o'h I got through the meal ok but for the next three weeks all I could taste was curry all I could smell was curry so after that experience I said to myself about curries count me out thank you very much . So I definitely remember The Town Crier Teloma

This might be a little early but these were the shops and houses across the road from the Town Arms.
