Robert Geoghegan at Birmingham Midland Institute
« on: June 12, 2014, 12:45:10 PM »
If you are a true Brummie and like a chuckle (sometimes at yourself even) why not pop into the Birmingham Midland Institute and take a look at a few of local artist Robert Geogeghan's amusing and sometimes mildly . satiric  paintings of the 'everyday life in Birmingham.  The ones about buses are particularly good. For those who do not know the B & M Institute is in Margaret Street . Pop in for a pot of tea or coffee/snack at their little retro cafe while you are there. Its a little hidden gem
and the Art Gallery/ Museum is just round the corner      The exhibition ends on June 30th
