Awesome. Truly appreciated Kimmy.

My whole family were intrigued and amazed after seeing the pics and  on how the house was. We really had the 'OMG' and I remember that' moments.

We moved here in 1986 and there were a few changes from the pics. The kitchen door was on the side of the house, the front garden was alot  different ( but your picture the front garden looked so much better),

If you have any more pics do let us know. Also if you are ever in the vicinity do pop round for a cup of tea. Would be great to chat and learn more about the history of the house.

Thanks kimmy.

I lived around the corner from the clinic in the '70's in Winslow Avenue off Bankdale road.
I remember the clinic though never went in it. I always admired the 'posh' house next door. O0

Hi Kimmy,
I think the name Ridley strikes a bell, but I never really got to know many neighbours, I was always either at work, rebuilding motorbikes in my shed, or off out to the Double Zero club.
Sorry for the noisy bikes. :-[

Hi Steve.

Which one of the houses on Winslow avenue did you live in. I know a couple of people who live there but they have moved in recently (last few years).

The clinic was left derelict for a no of years, it did attract the unsavoury & anti social characters. Last year it was  bought by a charity and they run children classes there among other stuff.
