On reaching the Tilt Hammer at the bottom of Alum Rock Rd we turn right into Adderley Road passing the Bundy clock on our right with a group of shops.

Continuing along Adderley Road passing as we do the old washing baths near the bottom of St Saviours Rd on our left, then further down on our right Wilkinsons Steel works just before Duddeston Mill rd then at the Adderley Park Inn we turn left into Ash Rd.

As previously stated we now turn left into Ash Road and head uphill toward St Saviours Church at the junction of Hall Road, then further uphill we look back the way we have come before heading to the junction of Arden Road.

After crossing Arden Road we find ourselves on Bordesley Green Road, passing on our right Meadway Spares and on our left Arthur Holden & Sons paint manufacturer.

Just a little further up the road on our left again another paint manufacturer Thornley & Knight further up still on the opposite side is the Meadway Cafe.

To be honest I don't really know how long the route was, I would have thought certainly no more than about 12-14 miles. I'll see if I can find out.

We are now heading down Muntz Street. passing the White Lion, Sommerville Street , and the Small Arms as we go.
