Quick check to self:

Neither the Granada nor the Omega were built in Britain.  :-\


now I find that odd I took the family to Margate for a Holliday  in the mid to late 1970s in the quest house that we was stopping in  one of the quests and his wife was looking at my car on the car park he said   and I quote my wife and I met when we worked at fords I was a trim fitter and I fitted the trim on 100s of these  bl....y things they was a killer to trim  out

Granada's were made in Britain until 1976.

the granny was a quick car I drove from northfield in  brum  to r.a.f locking just out side Weston super mare in one houre 20 minuets on a sunday afternoon

2weeks before the Granada came out deliverd one to London Colny by St Albans fromBristol St Motors in Broad St
