Turning left on Pershore Road we make our way up Breedon Hill, passing on our way The Breedon Cross public house until we reach Cotteridge Primary School which is more or less on the flat again.

I do miss the Breedon Cross (or Breedon Bar as it was known when I used to go there).  Fantastic place for live music back in the day  :)

Still heading up the Pershore Road and passing on our Way St Agnes's church and various shops on both sides of the road including the well known Treasure Trove until we reach the traffic island at the Watford Road junction.

No, I like to sit at the front, above the drivers cab, I can pretend I'm driving the bus  ;D O0

I used to like to sit up the front on the old buses just behind the driver , it was always warmer up there

On reaching Cotteridge Island if we look to the left down Pershore Road South we see the local fire station but we turn left down Watford Road toward Bournville.

Heading down toward Bournville we pass the junctions of Northfield Road and Rowheath Road that are opposite each other across Watford Road.

We are now on Lindon Road and passing he junction of Woodfall Avenue with Kings Norton Congregational Church on the corner, then we are passing the Alms Houses on the corner of Maryvale Road, then it's the junction of Bournville Lane where stands the Old Farm Hotel, that used to be the Old Farm Inn(as pictured) but the Cadbury's soon changed that.

We have now moved on from Linden Road on to Oak Tree Lane, passing on our right the rehabilitation centre, ten just a little further down on the other side was the Peoples Hall that was later replaced by a bank and next door to that two blocks of shops taking us up to the junction of Bristol Road.

The stop by the junction with Bristol Road is where I get off when I use the 11C.  Walk round the corner past those shops & then get a 63 home!
