It was in Park Hill Moseley in the 1940s I just googled it. Looks as if it changed names to The Grange in the 60s. There is some info on  The Birmingham History Forum which might be of interest .

Hi David

I know that the Lahai Roi changed it's name to The Grange, 42 Park Hill Moseley in the 60's. It was possibly taken over by the Social Services at that time. I will send you a link via the messaging system where you might glean some further information.

Yes you are right in normal circumstances, you have to make at least five posts first, but I have a few more privileges being a moderator. At least I think so, I sent my message and it reported back that it had been sent.

It's possible David might not have received your message, when you sent your ,message did it say that it had been sent? Because if it was sent then it should have been received.
