A map showing where the Olive Branch is located, it's now the Diamond Suite a function room. One photo showing the original façade of the pub, this was later changed to the one we see today. The last photo of the pub shows how it looks today. If I remember correctly the pub itself was owned by the RAOB (Buffaloes) in the later years of its life as a pub.

Hi Kejambu

Welcome to the forum, here are a few photos of Reginald Rd from the 60's as it used to be. Mind you it hasn't changed that much has it?

Reply 518 photo 2 I have looked in all my pub books, but still never seen or herd of this pub. My granddad used to work along that road think the 'factory was called Wilkinson's. not sure. And I cant ever remember him mentioning it. But as the photo clearly shows it was there.

The Diamond Suite is the Olive Branch, it was converted from a pub into a function room that you can hire for parties etc.

townie,
In the photo of the Diamand club you can see the original front wall of the old pub, and the club is built further back from the pavement.
