Hi Phil
The changes to the Bull Ring we have to live with. I remember when the buses used to slip and slide on the wet cobbles as they came down the Bull Ring on rainy days.
Personally, I prefer the old B R with the market stalls lined down it, but those days have gone as indeed has F W Woolworths.
When you reach my age, you realise that you cannot affect the changes in any way so you have to live with them. My motto for many years has been, "Ignore the things you cannot change and change the things you can.
The one good thing about the grub like department store does serve as a landmark by which you can orient yourself to get to other places.

I think yesterday ranks as low as anything as it was at home. Away at a small ground with a bump ridden pitch you can make excuses but there can be no excuse for yesterday. Shocking.
