Liberty Shop was in the Jevons building nos 115 to 121 Corporation street. Built in 1886 /1887 and demolished in 1926 to make way for the new Lewis's. Pobbly a decision by Arthur Lewis to concentrate in London as he then built the present Liberties. I have perspectives and pictures of the frontage and an article at the time describing it as a picturesque building; a mixture of oak framing, half timbering and terracota. Oak posts were used inside rather than steel.
