Faith restored in Supermarkets
« on: December 25, 2019, 08:23:47 PM »
My Sister who lost her Husband a few weeks ago was out shopping in Solihull the other day.  When she left M&S she left her bag in the shopping trolley but didn't notice she hadn't picked it up.  She then visited Sainsbury's but on reaching the check out realised her bag was missing.  She asked Sainsbury's check out staff to look after her trolley as she couldn't pay as she'd lost her bag.  She then went to her bank to cancel her cards etc, at this point two staff members one from M&S and one from Sainsbury's came in to the bank and told her that her bag had been handed in, they found her by looking at her bank cards and assumed that was where she'd be.  When she got back to Sainsbury's her shopping had been packed into bags and the store Manager told her that she needn't pay as she'd been through enough already.

Vanman what a heart warming story. Lets hope those wonderful shop staff have had a very merry Christmas and enjoy a healthy and prosperous new year. Along with your good self.
