Does anyone know when Moseley Rd baths closed for swimming?

Was it many, or just a few years ago?

As far as I understand they still swim at Moseley Rd Baths only its what is known now as the little pool that is used. I think it was the womens pool when the baths first opened.

I can see no reason why this pool should be closed  because back only a few years ago before I retired  I was involved in a contract to renovate this pool and quite a lot of money was spent on a total renovation.

Phil,

Thanks for this...it's good to know at least part is working...gives more hope for the rest.   I recall you mentioning your earlier work, and more recently the ''Save the Baths Petition/Protest'' and it was the latter that made me think it was shut as nobody said it was open, only that it would cost XXZZ billion to put it in working order  - then I saw a photo (one of yours?) showing the damage to the roof, so ''must be shut'' - I thought.

What's the latest on saving it all?  Have you any news at all, either way?

Of course I cried over Mr Holly, and Bambi's mother. Just like any other normal 45 year old would have.
