Hi John,

Thanks for the link - nice video.  I enjoyed your video of Aston Manor too, the model trams were great !

D9 trip to Malvern.
Earlier in this topic I wrote about the trip to the Malverns by Midland Red double decker last October.
If anyone is interested it is being repeated on Sunday April 11th.
The D9 leaves Coventry, Pool Meadow at 9.00am as a 159, arrives at Stevenson Place, 10.0am, then leaves for the Malverns as a 144 at 10.30am.
Photo stops at Bromsgrove and Worcester Bus Stations.
Full timetable is available.
Anyone interested should contact Ashley Wakelin on 024 7663 3624 or [email protected]   (www.wheels.co.uk)

For those who listen to the wireless in the mornings, Ashley Wakelin will be talking about Sunday’s trip to the Malverns on BBC Coventry and Warwickshire's (94.8/103.7/104.FM) Breakfast show tomorrow morning, Thursday 8th April. I understand that it will be between 7.30-9am (if they run to form it will be two five minute slots about an hour apart.)

If you can't get C & W you can listen live on the BBC Coventry and Warwickshire Web site and on their listen again service for seven days.

Here's a couple of Midland Red Buses. Do you think there is a chance of getting one of these on the road. I'd turn out for that.

Phil

One is being restored at Wythall.

My mates bus is at Wythall, it was at Hockley but he had to move it.
Was it a vision, or a waking dream?
