Hi all,

Even this Villa fan would see ten point deduction a bit harsh, especially after Rowett's hard work!!

I think it's going to be a bit squeaky bum time at Villa park for the next 13 games.

       Anyway, some predictions..........

Aston Villa vs Stoke.......new manager syndrome......Villa win

            Sunderland vs West Brom........draw

            Brighton vs Birmingham.....Birmingham win

            Everton vs Leicester...........Everton win

Have a good weekend, enjoy your football, whatever the result.

                                      Keep the faith

Hi all

Great win for you in week Norma and a hat trick for Lukaku  O0 Heres one for you Norma, who was the first Everton player to score a hat trick in Europe ? To give you a clue he was a World Cup winner. 10 points would indeed be harsh on Blues the way they have turned it round lets hope it dosnt come to that. Big cup game for us to look forward to then Alf, we both need some points before that though.

                                      Enjoy your footy everyone

Hi All

Can anyone explain why a footballer who scores 'three goals' in a match it is called a 'hat trick' and why?

Has anyone any idea where this saying came from?

Just curious   ::) ::) ::)

Hi Norma

Yep Alan Ball it was well done  O0 Dont know why its called hat trick Norma but i think the phrase was used in Cricket before Football.

Hi all,

Not spoken to any baggies fans this week, can't think why!! Not sure about this game, part of me wants to win, if only to build more confidence, part of me wouldn't be to bothered if we got beat so we could concentrate 100% on saving premier league status  :-\ :-\

Anyway some predictions......only 2 games this weekend

Aston Villa vs West Brom.....too close to Wembley.....Villa win

          Derby vs Birmingham......Derby win

Any road up, whatever the results, enjoy your football, have a good weekend.

Hi All

Just been watching the match, a good game Rob, you should have scored first half you started well and had the run of the game, and had a good few chances, but then AV seemed to get a bit of rhythm and into the game, and played well !!  O0

I enjoyed it !!!    O0

Hi Alfie I bet you are over the moon  !!!!!  :D

Pity those idiots went on the field, that will cost the club a few bob, can understand how they feel getting excited, but you just do not do that.

Hi All

Well we had our chances first half but didnt put them away, fair play to Villa they have beaten us twice in a week. There were idiots from both sides unfotunately Norma both inside and outside the ground. Plenty of cameras around these days so the police should have no problems finding them, i hope the yobs from both teams are banned for life and sent down. Now they have sobered up they can look forward to the early morning knock on the door.
