Golly that is so disappointing.
I was events and publicity director at the Botanical Gardens in 08 and had a lot to do with Carl Chinn who put me on to this wonderful site but when I retired early 09 we went travelling and I forgot all about it.
Must have just missed Wendymoon and most of the Hurdmans only passed on since 2011,
Thank you so much Phil and Snooks.
I hope she see's these posts.

Hi Jillian.
We had better do as we are told and move conversations to this page. You can if you wish email me at the following address; [email protected]
I'm at home all the time as I'm waiting for a lung transplant, so I'm just sitting and waiting for the call to tell me that the hospital has a pair of donated lungs that have been donated so mine can be replaced. This is the result of both smoking and Asbestos in the roofing at the old Morris comercial plant in Washwood Heath.

I have not been on the Birmingham Forum for a couple of years.

The information I have says that "alanmilliard" changed his avatar to "speedy" in 2012 and last posted to the forum in 2014. I assume this is the poster you are asking after.if so then you will have to use the name speedy to have any hope of reaching him.
