I went to Pitmaston infants and junior school. It wasn't too bad there but afterwards I went to Swanshurst grammar school and it was just awful. The teachers were so spiteful it made my life a misery. I was so glad to leave I would never wish those times back.

I went to Turves Green Secondary Modern School, I remember getting into trouble there because a mate and I found a brown paper bag in a bus stop rubbish bin, it was filled with very naughty photographs, we took them to school and sold them for sixpence each, we had a terrific business going until the Police turned up at the school, we both got called into the headmasters office and had to explain where we got them from, we surrendered the rest of the photos and that was the end of that, I always wondered if the headmaster and the police had a good look at them.

Funny you should say that because that is what I did for the last 13 years of my working life ;D crikey we used to have a few visits from the police as well but not regarding brown paper bags :-[

I hope that was a pawnbroker Brumdave and not a pornbroker as suggested by PM.
Phil died in 2020. RIP.

;D Phil when I was young I fancied a job as a Pornbroker  but it looked like a lot of hard work  ::) I decided to work for the Post Office, I had to wait another  30+ years before I finally became a Pawnstar  :D
