I have been sent some photos by "cmac" these are photos of various schools during the 50's & 60's. I will try to post what I can to the forum starting with the Panoramic photo of pupils at Queensbridge Grammar School in 1955. As this Photo is about 30 inches in length I have has to copy it several time and paste the resulting images together. It's not too bad a job but image size restrictions prevent me from posting a bigger image. I will however post the four separate images I used on the next post, where you might have a better chance of identifying someone.

cmac tells me that the grey haired lady in the middle of the photo is Miss Mason the then headmistress. Any further questions, then I'm afraid they will have to be fielded by cmac a they are her photos.

As I said on the previous post, here are the four sections that make up the previous photo. You will find that some of the pupils show up on more than one image.

Fred it was already together (and still is) it was just too big for my scanner so I copied it in sections and pasted all the images back into one.

Those panoramic school photos were often taken by a firm called Panora Ltd, and the special camera they used was slowly panned around.
It was possible for wags to run around the back after the camera had passed them,  and pop up further along the back row so appearing twice  O0

Another photo supplied by "cmac", I have supplied the location map and the photo of the school to give a little background to he image of the pupils. The School is Ada Road Primary School Small Heath,  and the year is 1948/49. If you want any further information then you will have to ask cmac.

Another photo from cmac, this one was taken in 1948 and looks to be of an athletics team. The information with he photo says the Headmaster Mr Payne is in the middle of the photo.

The final image for Ada Rd School, this one says school staff possibly in the garden of Headmaster Mr Payne (standing off centre right) at his house in Kidderminister.
