and wonder where les the ted got the export light from/ i was down vale onslows not long back, still go for me MOT
still the same window display from 65 less of course a few bits which we wont go in to he he                               windsor          and dont forget the third ,would feel naked without that after nearly 50 years.thats funny the wife thinks im only 50 anyway

 The Export back light I got from BSA when I worked there. You could buy seconds with slight damage for next to nowt. Probly cost 10 bob at most.

Like all you old rockers , In the 60s I was the same had my first bike at 15 had several british bikes, used to go to Alexs in town,done my bit against the Mods but I saw the light we were never going to beat the Japs. In fact I worked in the motor cycle trade I made mudguards ,seat pans and fuel tanks before being laid off in 1965, would NOT buy a Jap bike so went to 4 wheels. PS still like to look at british bikes, Jap bikes have got no heart.

hi i was told my picture was on the birmingham forum so i looked it up and found old friends and photos off the double zero club this brought a lot memories back .i have some better quality photos which i will try and down load  .                will hulley

I heard less the ted is dead.  Pete Hayes died Christmas 2013, and Kenny the Bug died may this year. Foxy,s still with us  -  just and Winser and Jenny are kicking strong.

happy days and cheap pies.....fleur de lys pie and tea for 2 and 6.....the place was closed because the hotel moaned about the noise....
