Went pass The Clock Garage many times in the 60's while serving my apprenticeship, went to many jobs  Castle Bromwich Disposal site being one of them .

Caught the 56 bus from there many times. It was the terminus for the 56 bus. 

I did once buy a car from the clock garage. Peugeot 205 GTI biggest bag of nails I have ever brought, it was in the garage more than it was on the road.
Can I ask a question. What year would the first photo of the clock garage be?

I bought a Morris Oxford from there. And passed it going to work at Fisher and Ludlow.

We used both the tip on the old airfield at the end of Farnborough Road and the incinerator at the end of Tameside Drive, but that would have been in the 70's. They are both gone now of course.

Balsall Heath and Ladypool Road, or the "Lane" as it was referred to by locals. One of the best local shopping areas that could be found anywhere. It's tagged as 1980, but it looks more like the 70's to me.
