New to Birmingham

Im new tothe birmingham area and i wanted to know what could i do or where could i go to make new friends. The riots and looting weren't the warmest of welcomes
 
I am an independent asian girl who likes to socialise, Im not very good with areas at the moment,
 
I enjoy going out to the pictures, bowling, I enjoy dance classes. Well TBH if it sounds fun i want to have a go 
 
Please could you all be good freinds and help me. I'l be wanted to take part in classes etc after Ramadaan

Welcome to our forum, you don't say what part of Birmingham you are now living. You mention Ramadan so it's safe to assume you are of the Muslim faith.
 
Can not someone at your local Mosque or one of the Imams offer you any advice on this matter.
 
As I would assume that I am a great deal older than you I don't think I am able to offer any more advice that this, but I'm sure we have younger members who are more up to date than I that may be able to offer something.
