My mate is still, I believe, a member of the E57.  The beer was still good when he took me some years back.

Victor C,
Would you know someone by the name Roy Garbit, as he was in their football team and a regular. I have used that place a few times and I have a photo taken at a dance that was held there.

Victor C,
That is probably him he would be around 70/71 now. He worked at the Serck then onto Fisher and Ludlow and so did I. He was with a women 10 years older than himself, does that ring any bells.

Victor C,
There could be, in the mid 60s he would have been in his mid 20s so his dad could have had the same christian name.

Thanks for that, we used to have some good times at the E57, I have just remembered, it was I think Bob Garbutt, but I could be wrong, but I hope there could be a connection, The memories keep coming back.
