Pype hayes Hall

Hi can anyone help me with a bit of information please.

On my parents marriage certificate it shows my mums residence as
"Pape Hayes Hall, Chester road, Erdington.
This was in 1958. I am guessing that at this time it was a mother & baby home.
Can anyone confirm this, & is there anywhere i can find any information about this hall for this time ?

Pype Hayes Hall is still there and it has something to do with the adoption services.
