I would love to see some pictures of Timberley school as I attended the school from 1955-1963 :)


Hi Pam, I have tried to find some pics for you,  but the only decent one I have found is this one from 1972,Miss Sage class.

Does anybody remember the the club in Shard End church ran by a chap can't  remember name but he lived in Turnley Road

Nathan....I think that your photo is of the Meadway club......This is the Crown Club (nee : British Legion ) in Hurst Lane.

Hi Everone who remembers the good old Shard End. Does anyone remember the little shop in cat lane that was really a cottage with a window for serving. I had a paper round there in the mid 60s. When we got our papers we would buy one cigerette and a match.  ( Great Days )
