Hey Lumpy

You managed to get your photos on then, my mate used to live just around the corner from you in the next block of flats on Little Hall Rd. I suppose in 1962 he would be about 15 a little younger than myself at 16. His name was Dennis and he had a little sister that might have been around your age then. Sorry I don't remember her name.

Hi Phil:  I'm sorting out old slides, and have quite a lot of the Bull Ring (early sixties). My children are not really interested in them and I don't want to just throw them away.  Do you have any interest in them?

This is the badge from my Brother's School Cap!!! St Annes! Does anyone have any photos of St. Annes? I remember the annex next to the school where we went for dinner.  We also had hymn practise on a Friday morning in the annex with Mr. Brandreth. The head was Mr. Cocking.

Hi Val

Thank you very much for you kind offer, but I have no facility for dealing with slides so they would be of little use to me. I am sure that someone like Mikejee would be glad to take you up on your offer as I know he has facilities for digitising slides.

If Mike or someone else does not contact you within a few days, then rather than they be thrown away I will take them off your hands and store them.

I also have slide digitising software, and if Mike doesn't want them I would like to have them and maybe post them on here, any expense would be reimbursed.

Hi Phil,Val
I maybe able to help you regarding the slides as I have the facility to digitalize negative slides and photos. Val if you live in Birmingham or on the outskirt I would be willing to arrange to pick them up from you, if you do please send me a private message with your address please don't put it on the forum.

It looks as if you have no worries about throwing the slides away now, I'm glad to say.

i would have been very interested in your slides if the other members had not contacted you. They, however would probably be better positioned to pick them up , as i live in Reading.
I look forward to seeing them on the forum.
